The Wall

I'm not going to lie to you. My job is hard, at least right now its hard... for me.

Today I've been kind of dry with regards to making my art work (no pun intented). I've got 5 designs to do by Thursday with a specific theme/direction. I've got 1 left but I've got no idea what I'm going to do. #4 is kinda wishy washy (although I really like the illustration I did). 3 is a bit stronger, and so on.

I'm not digging sitting isolated right now either...or being the only guy. I can't really shoot the shit with someone from my desk, or joke or be silly...all things I think help productivity in the long run, especially when there are no windows.

Maybe it has something to do with the first week being over and the euphoria fading away. Because after all, this is a job and I have work to do. Although I still can't believe I get paid to do this stuff.
